A useful briefing informs what the campaign needs to communicate and where the creator can propose their approach. AI can help organize the document, but the decisions and information need to come from the team responsible.

Gather the facts before ordering a text.

Start with the objective, audience, product, channels, and deliverables. Add confirmed features, terms of use, and brand restrictions. Separate mandatory information from optional references.

If information is still pending approval, mark it as pending. Do not ask the system to complete prices, dates, or product differentiators that have not been provided.

Describe the expected result of the part.

The briefing may ask the creator to demonstrate a function, explain a difference between models, or answer a recurring question. This guides the creation process more precisely than a sequence of adjectives.

Use references to explain intent and format. They should not require copying the text, interpretation, or experience of another creator.

Separate closed route guidance

Please specify what needs to be said correctly and what the creator can adapt. When dialogue is mandatory, indicate the reason and confirm that it works within the agreed format.

A first draft can be used to identify gaps. The team should review the document with the creator, checking if there is sufficient material, time, and experience to carry out the proposal.

Define revision and final version

Establish who approves the script and how comments will be recorded. Compile the adjustments into the correct version to avoid circulating contradictory instructions.

Before saving, check that any pending issues have been resolved and that the creator has the final product information. A shorter, validated document is usually more useful than several pages with repeated instructions.
