01 / THE PROJECT
Brazilian stories
in short videos.
ShortSéries is Renoir's arm dedicated to Brazilian soap operas and narratives in short videos. The concept is based on recognizable situations, clear characters, and stories with a beginning, middle, and end.
Production requires combining a good idea with the ability to record, edit, and publish regularly. Renoir provides project direction and oversees the video approval process.
02 / WHAT MAKES THE SCENE WORK
Screenplay, acting
and technical requirements.
Performance that sustains the story.
Clear emotions and natural acting. The audience needs to understand what each character wants, feels, and has to lose.
Camera and framing.
At least two camera positions, stable image, framing designed for mobile phones, and consistent cover art across publications.
Audio recording and editing.
Clear voice acting, balanced volume, editing and soundtrack that complement the emotion of the scene. The sound also tells the story.

The material provides for shared rights between Renoir, the creator, and Kwai. Publishing the videos on other networks or producing the same category outside of the project requires prior authorization from Renoir. All videos are subject to approval.

Complete Stories
Beginning, middle and end, clear theme, identification with Brazilian situations and rhythm in the first few seconds.
Production of at least 2 minutes
Clear sound, stable camera, at least two camera positions, natural acting and consistent covers.
Approval and exclusivity
All videos are subject to approval. The material provides for shared rights between Renoir, the creator, and Kwai; publishing on other networks or producing the same category outside of the project requires prior authorization.

It is also necessary to meet performance targets. Accounts with fewer than 15 publications do not receive the base bonus and have a 30% reduction in bonuses, depending on the material.

Only one track per category; tracks do not accumulate within the same category. Counts need to be validated in the Central. Commercial views, new account support, forced insertions, boosts, and views shorter than 3 seconds are disregarded.
Specific RPM for ShortSeries.
US$ 0.36 per thousand valid views within seven days, for videos with over 10,000 views. Payment is in US dollars, 45 days after the end of the month of publication.
This RPM is from TeleKwai/ShortSeries. It does not apply to Kwai Creators, whose standard policy on August material is US$0.17. S/A quality may expand distribution, but does not generate additional payment.
Compensation depends on qualifications, goals, and validation. The RPM and ShortSeries policy are specific to this area; they are not the same as those of Kwai Creators.

Present your material and state if you act, write, direct, edit, or already have a production structure. The team will assess compatibility with the project's needs; contact does not guarantee selection.
Are TeleKwai and Kwai Creators the same program?
No. TeleKwai / ShortSéries has its own narrative proposal, production requirements, goals, and compensation policy.
Can I publish the stories on other networks?
This material requires prior authorization from Renoir and includes exclusive format and shared rights. Please align these conditions before participating.
When are payments made?
The material indicates payment in dollars 45 days after the end of the month of publication, subject to verification and the conditions of the program.
