Start with the catalog and the ability to serve
Choose which products the operation can keep available, deliver, and explain in each channel. A catalog that is too broad makes it difficult to distribute samples, produce content, and update offers.
Organize an internal reference for each product: variations, features, frequently asked questions, and authorized materials. This helps avoid inconsistent descriptions across channels without requiring all videos to use the same script.
Separate the conditions for each platform.
